Pilot applications
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. A limited number of participants are selected according to business fit, support capacity and research goals.
Fiscal scope
The first MdaBarkod release does not replace official fiscal documents, payment services or certified fiscal devices. Businesses should assess legal and fiscal obligations with qualified advisers.
Intellectual property
Rights in the brand, design, text and software components belong to their respective owners. They may not be copied for commercial use without written permission.
Limitation
Information presented during development does not constitute a binding service warranty. Live product terms, service levels and commercial provisions will be governed by a separate agreement.
